Shopping Information
The process of sending an order.
Orders are generally delivered by our couriers in less than an hour after the payment in Moldova, and in at least 8 hours for the rest of the republic. If a pickup is preferred, we are waiting for you at our office, Lev Tolstoi 24/1 Chisinau, without additional charges, but please contact us preliminary by choosing this method.
Order value includes the cost of processing and packaging (if necessary), as well as delivery costs. We strongly advise you to group all of your items in one order. We can not group orders placed separately, as for every command different delivery costs will be applied.
Shipping in Chisinau area
Town delivery is 100 MDL for the orders that exceed the limit of 450 MDL As for everything to go as planned, we strongly suggest to choose a time frame for the delivery.
Delivery Time
We guarantee the delivery of your order on the same day, and for some orders in Chisinau less than an hour.
If no one is home
Depending on the situation, we can set the place and time of the delivery with the recipient. However we take responsibility to forward the bouquet trough neighbors, coworkers, relatives, in exceptional cases the bouquet will be returned to our office. If a delivery needs to be repeated an extra amount of 200 MDL will be charged.
Flower City delivers with their own couriers
Flowers are delivered by our couriers. We provide a well dressed courier, who personally goes to the specified address.
Service Photo of Delivery
Photo of delivery is a free service offered by Flowers City excepting the days February 14 and March 8 this service is not offered.
Payment Information
Your order will be delivered immediately after payment confirmation
At Flower City we make your whole experience outstanding, the place were every client is full of joy after receiving our bouquets.
Your experience would not be that outstanding if we were focused only on delivering bouquets in perfect condition, we also take care of the whole process by making it simple and efficient and by making the payment process quick and safe.
The bouquets created by our designers can be paid by the payment methods you prefer.
The price of an order placed online must be greater than 499 MDL.
Exceptions are the days of 14 February and 8 March
1. Office Payment
If you want to pay at the office,we are waiting for you at str. Lev Tolstoi 24/1, Chisinau, daily from 9:00 to 20:00. After payment, the order will be processed and then shipped.
2. With the credit or debit card
Payments are processed under the conditions of maximum security, directly by VictoriaBank. Flower City does not use or retain any information about the cards used to pay online.
3. Paypal
Online payment trough PayPal is made under maximum security. With PayPal you enter the card details once, and it will be perfectly secured, or if you already have a PayPal account, you may login and make the payment.
4. Payment by courier (An extra fee will be charged)
Payment by courier is available only for orders placed in Chisinau. After placing the order, a courier will come to you to charge the value of the order. After this, the order will be processed and then shipped.
5. Cash payment on order delivery
Paying cash on delivery is available only for orders placed in the Chisinau area. After order completion an operator will call you to arrange the order details, manner and terms of payment.
6. Other payment methods
We understand that by choosing this, you did not find a suitable payment method for yourself.
Shortly you will be contacted by an operator to identify a convenient way of payment.
7. By bank transfer or Cash deposit (for Companies)
This payment method is normally used by companies. Payment is made directly into VictoriaBank accounts for the name of KATALEYA ART S.R.L. Return Policy
Under the decision Nr. 65 of 26.01.2001, the flowers represent products which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly and are exempted from the right of return.
Vases, toys or other non-perishable products sold by KATALEYA ART S.R.L. can be returned in the following manner:
Termination procedure and return:
1. You may only return products that are not perishable and / or food. Consequently, flowers and sweets can not return, but toys, vases and baskets, yes.
2. Return of goods is done by sending the good to the address: Chisinau, str. Lev Tolstoi 24/1 through any of our couriers.
3. Carriage return package will be paid by you at the time of shipment, otherwise be refused receipt.
4. The package will content all documents received initially, and a written address, signed by the person who initiated and paid order that notice of termination of the contract and request the return of the amount paid, indicating the bank account where the money will be returned.
5. The package must be sent at the www.flowerscity.md headquarters within 14 working days of receipt of order.
6. The amount paid will be full reimbursed less the transport cost that remains the client’s obligation, within 14 days upon the integral receiving of the return package and of the letter of termination (if the two come apart, the 14 days pass since the last of them which was received).
Following the entry into force of the decision Nr. 1465 of 08.12.2003, consumers have the right to waive the purchase within 14 days from the date of entry into physical possession of the product.
